Terms of use

These terms are between you and [CHECK: legal entity / FOP name and address] ("we"). By using Colorsona you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Questions: [email protected].

Who can use it

You must be 13 or older. If you are 13 to 17, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use. We may ask you to confirm your age and may block the app if we cannot. You must give us a true birth year.

Your account

Keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete it any time in Settings.

What Colorsona does

Colorsona suggests colors, outfits and shopping verdicts based on your photos. It is AI. Results can be wrong and are style ideas, not medical, health or professional advice. Do not rely on them for anything important.

Your photos and content

You keep your rights to your photos and posts. You give us permission to process them to run the app: store them, send them to our AI provider, and show them to the friends you choose. You promise that:

• you own the photo or have permission to use it,
• photos of people show you, or someone who agreed,
• the content is legal and does not break anyone's rights.

Do not upload nudity, sexual content, violence, hate, content about minors that is not yours, or anything that breaks the law. We scan uploads with automated moderation and may remove content or block accounts.

Friends

Friends features let you connect with people, guess seasons and share posts. Be kind. No harassment, impersonation or spam. You can report or block anyone. We review reports and may remove content or accounts. Reports are kept as a safety record.

Subscriptions

Colorsona Pro is a paid subscription. Plans, prices and any trial are shown in the app and the App Store before you buy. The App Store price applies.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings.
• If a free trial applies, it converts to a paid plan at the end unless you cancel before.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its rules.
• Some features have a fair-use limit. If you hit it, image features pause until it resets.
• We may change prices. We tell you before it applies, as Apple requires.

Our rights

The app, design, text and code belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app. You may not copy it, reverse engineer it, scrape it, or use it to build a competing service. You may not misuse AI features, bypass limits or probe our systems.

Ending

You can stop using the app and delete your account any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, put others at risk, or the law requires it. When your account ends, the privacy policy explains what we delete.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will always work or that results are accurate. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Governing law

Ukrainian law governs these terms, and courts in Ukraine handle disputes. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws where you live, and you can go to your local courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we tell you in the app before it applies. If you keep using the app after that, you accept the new terms.
